Can I apply for a DTV visa in Vietnam while holding a METV from Japan?

No apply there they only make you problems with everything I try to take a 6 month TR visa they give me. 2 months one after spend more than 500 buck buying everything they ask, the reason I don’t have nothing to warranty that I come back my country(but I can still entry with normal visa) Scam Embassy
