My bank will not let me do an online wire in excess of $1,000 at a time. That is the problem. Fees, rates, etc. are secondary issues.

Thanks for the advise but the question is how to do a single online transfer from the US in excess of $1,500 US. Can I save/deposit money in Transferwise until the $1,500 US is ready for transfer? Tnx

Is is a US bank. Which other US banks allow wire transfers online of say $1,500 USD? Good info!

I will look up info on Transferwise. Being overseas in TH still limits me from online moving more than $1000 out of my bank. Is it possible to have a "balance" in Transferwise?

Thanks for the input. My bank only allows an online wire transfer of $1000 USD at a time. I can send more than $1000 but have to be in person at the branch.
