How can I apply for a Non-O marriage visa through the LA consulate?
Just checked (Jan 4) with the LA consulate website in USA and there is no link to apply for Non-O marriage visa online. Looks like docs are to be mailed in. Anybody has seen this recently? Thanks

I just mailed my info for a tr visa into LA... Ive been unable to find the e-visa on thier site also.
