Sorry but debit card is not on the picture. The issue is the maxximum allowed by the bank for transfering money online. I am researching Transferwise and it looks it will solve the problem. Tnx for the comment.

It is a bank policy. So there must be a US bank that allows more than $1000 USD online transfers to banks overseas. What bank? Certainly not Citibank.

Ok, i understand it is possible to accumulate $1000 USD several times on the TW account, then send one time. This solves the problem. Thanks to everyone!!! 😏

They are practicallt the same but banks have imits for some cases, like sending money online from US Citibank to Thai Kasikorn bank. If in person at the bank, the limit is much liberal.

Ok, I will check if I can do two transfers of $1,000 each on two different days into the Transferwise account and accumulate $2,000 USD before doing the single one of $2,000 USD to my Thai bank. That will surely solve the problem. Thanks!
