this is what Google gave me from Wise

"

You can bring up to 500,000 Thai baht into Thailand. "

Read it carefully.

****************************************************

It may well be wrong which would prove my point that Google is mo more reliable than this group

I pasted the OP's original question into Google and the first answer came from the Wise website and said 500,000 baht. The second answer was from
******************
and said 50,000 baht.

Google is no more reliable than this group.

which would be nothing to do with the value of the baht against other currencies.

And despite today's surge in $ per barrel for crude the international prices for crude today are still lower than 1 month, 3 months or a year ago.

high Baht means petrol imports priced in US dollar cost less baht and if petrol prices are affected they will be lower.

I didn't say anything about tax dodging. Kasikorn don't copy a passport as they say use their atm which doesn't copy a passport and gives them the 220 baht fee they want.

staff would spend time serving someone making an international withdrawal when they could be serving customers that make money for the bank. And if too many people were making international withdrawals they might have to.take on extra staff.

Some UK atms decline many Thai atm cards. UK ATMs can charge fees for cards issued outside the UK and EEA and some operators do.

In Thailand, some ATMs charge Thai cards issued in other provinces a fee between 10, 20 or 30 baht charge.

I did not know that. It's also extra work and a loss of 220 baht revenue for the bank so I think all will eventually for 3 reasons.

Kasikorn branches are told by their head office not to do this.

Do you get a income from your writing on Facebook?

If you do and can show payments from it then screenshot and prints of your writing is a professional portfolio.

If you get no income from it, then it cannot be professional.

You might be able to qualify under the soft power rules if you have medical appointments or book a suitable course in Thailand
