If you have already reported and have the slip in your passport and have not moved, then no, you do not need to report. I have been in and out many times and whenever I have asked when doing extensions or the one time 90 report, they tell me it's not needed.

No. You can come and go as you please. You showed your proof of funds when you got your extension.

Why would an arrest show up with no conviction. Go back to who supplied the criminal record and get them to remove it.

How many times can an Australian passport holder enter Thailand visa-free in a year?

I think it's more about continuity of staying in Thailand than the number of actual entries. If you are genuinely in and out with significant time out, then no limit. If you border bounce with no obvious means of financial support, they are going to think you are working in Thailand.
