I just read the E visa info from the Thai embassy and I didn’t see it say you must be in your home nation. I’m currently in Europe and I’m a US citizen. I booked a flight from Portugal to Bangkok and planned to apply for the E Visa a month before my flight. Are you saying I have to be in the US to apply?
