yes 1 PCR test during quarantaine I see. So then... what happens when you test positive during quarantaine?. 10 days more quarantaine? Hospital? What a shambles.

I would guess about 30 % is either vaccine free or planned to holiday with one...so large minority ruthlessly discriminated against without any science backing that up. Vietnam makes zero distinction so kudos to them.
