any big surprise that China wasnt 100% forthcoming? they've always been so honest! initially trump praised them as " so transparent" and doing so much, now, he wants to revise history and blame Chinese. the New England Journal of Medicine, who has never in its history been partisan, just published a scathing article on how deadly and incompetent trump admin has been in handling the pandemic.
a bit of an exaggeration that " no one but doctors speak English. " I've been to cm ram, McCormick, and few others in Chiang mai and the main city hospital in Lampang, and always found sufficient numbers of nurses, registration staff, lab/x-ray staff that could speak very good English-- certainly, not all, but very sufficient numbers. you do a disservice to these medical professionals when you spread such stories.
look at #4 , clicking on the "more information " link specifies all the rigamarol one has to go thru to actually enter.
but note at the end, the exclusion of US for the STV due to how out of control the virus is, despite Trump's lies, one can understand completely, them not wanting it spread there-- if ur home country has a high rate of transmission, good luck in ever actually bring allowed in-- so what they can apply for an OA, will they be allowed in?
