Just emerged from CM having submitted the embassy letter before 26th and was stamped until Oct 26th (tourist amnesty). I queried it (not knowing about this latest twist, expected 30th Nov). They said “not now, come back in 2 weeks.” They explained they expect the November extension to be allowed later...

Yes and it is Promenada only, I went to the wrong one and was redirected. Active but not too busy last week
