Morning all, 

I'd appreciate if someone would confirm the current Chiang mai  immigration that assists with the issuance of Embassy letter supported extensions of stay. Would it be  Promenada mail or the airport office? TIA

Yes and it is Promenada only, I went to the wrong one and was redirected. Active but not too busy last week

If you came in on a 30 day visa exempt or a 60 day tourist visa entry back before they locked the country down you go to Promenada Mall to get the 30 day embassy request extension.
