yes I fully understand all that have visited thailand 26 times over the years and also live there for 12 months in 2014 iam pretty converse with the rules regulations but they can change just a quick as the weather

It's a no brainer nothing hypothetical about it the child would be processed and returned back to its native country and put into care through the foster system it's highly unlikely the child would not have relatives living back home not saying its not possible but highly unlikely if the child has relative the may file for guardianship though the legal system

Because embassy give you visa for money they do not care if you get denied entry not their problem is your problem they have your money and its not refundable so they are laughing why do you think you are special entry to Thailand is simple it's upto the IO infront of you at time of entry if they don't like you than that's it having the visa granted to you is not guaranteed entry

you have no idea what you are talking about if you are an Australian you are not eligible for visa on arrival for 30 days as you mentioned Australian passport holders are visa exempt entry for 30 days in thailand VOA and visa exempt are 2 totally different things

your source of funds could come from sale of property in your home country or superannuation or a lotto win or pension of some description source of funds don't necessarily need to come from any income earned because you are technically retired would that not be correct
