 you need the plane reservation to get the visa . Once you get the visa you confirm and pay for the ticket ..

... or not if it's too late.

The good thing is you don't need 3 months to get a new flight

 my thai family go travel BURMA without passport , in the past they could even go to Burma without Thai ID . The pink ID was enough👍
