The reason why I am asking this is because I am unable to open the thai bank account without the work permit according to BLK bank and I am under the impression that the work permit won't be valid until immigration processes and approved my visa extension?
The only issue I faced getting married in Thailand was the immigration process to bring my wife back to my home country. If we just stayed engaged, the immigration process would have been easier.
