You showed your rental contract while on a tourist exemption. They did not tell you to show that, you should have booked an onward flight or a cancelable ticket. Same with hotel reservations can book for proof and then cancel after without paying. Simple safe guards like this would have kept you from issues on the bounces.
All these people talking about it’s smarter to do the extension because it’s cheaper and less hassle…. Enjoy becoming a tax resident of thailand for staying over 180 days and combine with it a risk of denial depending on how the immigration agent is feeling that day.
It’s simple guys. You spend 90 days. You leave and border bounce. You get a fresh 180 days. You border bounce again at 90 days spent. It doesn’t matter how many times you border bounce because your entries are unlimited. If you don’t border bounce every 90 days you will always have to end up reporting.
Hey, Bengali here. Can’t apply thru the bangladeshi embassy. You have to go to another embassy on the list, I suggest ML or Vietnam as they seem to be the easiest to deal with. You might also require someone outside the country to do the payment for you via card or do it with cash in person at one of the suggested.
I recommend this as well, easy experience cost effective to at 4k thb , and guarantees re-entry using the service rather then take a risk doing it yourself and being denied.
Literallt this… show up at the Lotus by OnNut parking lot at 4AM on any given weekday… search around you will find the service… 4k THB too all inclusive well worth for exempt runs if your not on dtv
