Can I convert a tourist visa to a Non-Immigrant B visa while in Thailand?

It's not so difficult to get take the papers you need and go early in the morning to the office for a driving test ( bring a motorbike with you ) and in the morning for a written exam after you pass you get your motorbike licence for 250 baht.

Even for a little scooter/motorbike you need a Thai driverslicence.
