there is literally thousands of people in Thailand on a DTV that just paid for a 1 month course. Show me one, just ONE example of somebody being kicked out and visa cancelled because they were asked for proof of ongoing activity. That's right you can't.

hahaha asking for proof but can't provide any proof. Why are you guys so pissed off that we got a 5 year visa for $600? Is it jealousy?

@Sean ******
why do these people think this? So they just think the DTV is to good to be true? I don't get it?

you're arguing a point so show some evidence. I want to see the section that says you must prove ongoing participation for the duration of the 5 year visa. Until then I think you are wrong and just guessing.

the only requirement for DTV is a single course. No requirement for ongoing participation stipulated anywhere and not a single example of somebody being asked to prove ongoing participation has been seen by anyone. Why do you guys insist on speculation?

where is the proof that ongoing course participation is required?

haha so you're guessing that they will cut the right to work and require ongoing course participation? Sounds like you're pissed and got the wrong Visa. You can work for a foreign company in Thailand even if you applied with soft power. There is absolutely no proof or indication any of that will happen. I've almost had my DTV for a year and I haven't been asked in over 10 entries that I've even completed the original course.
