Got a taxi today from Pattaya to Bangkok. Local taxi was 1400 . My mate said I will ring this taxi bloke from Bangkok I had the other day . So he comes and picks us up . On the way I ask how far is the river from Sukanvit . As I was thinking about a river cruise He starts talking to our girls in Thai . Get to Bangkok and we go in a little side road and we at a booking office. We said where are we . He said you have to book river cruise here . On the way in he got a ticket off a guy at a booth . Didn’t have time to think so payed . He got his ticket signed and on the way out the other end he gave his ticket to another guy . Got to our hotel said 2000 baht .So 600 more then Pattaya taxi and when we looked on line we payed almost double for our cruise . TOld our girls let us know next time what’s going on . My mate is still wild lol

Yesterday I booked flights and today I'm doing enquiries for insurance and accommodation and I have received this email! Just wondering how my details were obtained. Has anyone else got this. I've only been in communication with hotel, insurance co.,and airline app. Strange!
