There is no income requirement for DTV. I think they would be more interested and focused on your available funds / savings considering that you’ve only been working for the company for 2 months.

Anonymous participant the volunteer option is all but nearly finished. There are Muay Thai courses etc which can be obtained for reasonable prices, but it’s all about what you want to do. You won’t qualify yourself without your company being registered officially unfortunately.

Just on a rough overlook, I’d say you might be better off applying not thru workcation, but though soft power.

- there is no monthly income requirement, only that you have 500k baht (or equivalent in a bank account)

- when I say bank account, I mean bank account; not crypto or stocks account.

- HCM application is done online. Thru the website.

I’m confused how everybody is saying you’ll be able to open on a 90 day visa when the DTV holders (albeit a tourist visa still) is for 5 years and having trouble all around Thailand due to the new thing that come into place with regards to AML a few weeks ago. I think you’ll struggle to open one.

It’s only been 6 business days since submission. Don’t stress, will be fine. If anything else is requested, they will update you to ask. - ps it can go back to document check after going to “pending approval” this has happened before.

Submit them again. However, submit this time with a further cover letter explaining the above. Sounds strange, but sometimes…… you just gotta navigate it like this 😅

It does seem odd…. But, it works haha. You can ask chat gpt if you need a template, but just go for it mate. Tick the boxes, make sure to include that no Thai customers, etc.
