Good question. I also have a couple questions. 1) Can an American citizen apply for DTV at US embassy if you are not currently in the US?
2) If I apply outside of Thailand can I come to Thailand after only a week on a tourist visa while I wait for DTV visa? And then just leave and come back to activate.
when I went to the e visa website, I tried to apply from a different country but I was only given the option to apply from US on the Thai e visa website or to apply in person somewhere else.
