let's just make some points clear here.

1- Your are not in a position to decide what is legal required or not legal required.

Your entry is up to the IO decision.

So let's be clear here that holding a visa doesn't mean you have the full power to decide what they can ask

2 - DTV is considered as some special type of Tourist visa so, they can apply the terms of Tourist visa on the commers holing it

Which includes accommodation proof, fund, return ticket within the period of stay.

It is ok.. you no need to panic

Mistake happens from time to time

They are human at the end. Yet it is good you have noticed it. And we advise everyone to check thier stamps always at any country before leaving the immigration zone

not true.

Must wait till it expires as shown and state date in the E visa or should contact the embassy issued it and ask them to cancel it ka

1- ( they ) refer to what ? Or who

2- whoever can apply for DTV as long as the application can meet the requirements and be in the location where the embassy he is applying in is located

3- recently there were noticed rejected cases chinese but that doesn't mean chinese can't apply DTV , because while there were rejected cases , there were approved cases too.

Your exit stamp of Malaysia mostly means nothing to them more that is is an official stamp from Malaysia that you left that country in a legal order.

Immigration usually care for thai stamps
