It’ll be interesting to see how the police cope. I’ve always worn a helmet and had the correct licenses etc, but in Ubon Ratchathani nobody has altered what they do. The police will be inundated! There’s only a few foreigners here but the worst offenders are the locals. The next 4 weeks will be interesting. I just bought a new scooter and it hasn’t got plates yet, I should get pulled over soon..
