prepare all the information that is needed to fill out the TDAC, in the "Notices" folder of your phone. Like passport number, date of issue, date of birth, your full name, adress in Thailand, etc. By being prepared, you can just copy and paste it into the TDAC online form. Takes 5 minutes max

the TDAC to fill out before travel will get DEFINITELY activated on April 28, for all travels starting from May 1st.

it's been a requirement for years, both for the TM30 registration on Immigration as well as for the "change of visa type". If your landlord doesn't do the TM30 online, you need to take a copy of his blue housebook, copy of his ID-Card and the rental contract to Immigration . . . the other thing "copy of the owner's household registration for the room to rent" is new for me, never heard of before

the ambulances have contracts with a hospital nearby and will take you to their contractors first. You can then ask to be transferred to another hospital of your choice

definitely NOT semantics but FACTS. You cannot apply for a 1-year multi entry Non-Immigrant visa category any more, since October 2023. The only 1-year multi entry visa is the 365-days Non-Imm-O/A visa. I am a visa- and Thailand advisor, I just cannot tell people any crap that isn't correct, I am expected to hand out 100% correct info
