Hello to all! I intend to apply for the Non O visa, leading to a retirement visa. My problem is that the landlord whom I stay with has dificulties to help me producing the relevant required documents on residence. What you can suggest me do? Change to another apartment? Any other solutions? Has anyone come to the same problem before? Thank you for your attention.

Had the same issue earlier this year. Arrived on a 90-day non-O and went to Jomtien immigration office to get a residence certificate in order to open a bank account. They asked for all of the documents you mentioned but I could only present the rental contract. Gave up. Moved condo and will try again next winter with a new landlord

First of all, the non-O IS the retirement visa.
Second, what is the issue? A lease and a TM30. Those aren't complicated things and infact the TM30 is a legal requirement of your landlord.

If you can't get their id and blue book copies, move to another place where you can
Not required at CW. Ten years at the current address - never once requested! ๐๐

it's been a requirement for years, both for the TM30 registration on Immigration as well as for the "change of visa type". If your landlord doesn't do the TM30 online, you need to take a copy of his blue housebook, copy of his ID-Card and the rental contract to Immigration . . . the other thing "copy of the owner's household registration for the room to rent" is new for me, never heard of before
maybe they want the owner's household registration for where they live and also want the house book for the rental property? I think they're just very bad at wording it in English? Nothing else makes sense
