I don't what you talking about, but it's funny you use the word " fraudulent ". Agents has these services posted all over the place and have offices. If they were fraudulent, they would all be arrested by now.

I found out from two agents last month. Tourist below 50yrs of age can no longer open bank account. Agents can't even do it.

in Canada, depending on the province, you are allowed to use any drivers license from another country for 3 months. I personally known guys who used their UK license for a year. Unless you get stopped by the same cop after the 3 months.

Apply for the visa yourself. This is the best way. An agent asked for 90k, and also a trip to Loas. I applied myself and got it in 3 days. I had the funds, so I did it.

Find the money, even if you borrow it for a few months.

I used an online application to merge multiple documents together. I uploaded 15 to 20 document.

Just search PDF merger on Google.

you have to show the money in your personal chequing account. I read somewhere a guy was denied because he showed proof he had the money in his business account.
