Correct me if I’m wrong, but this refers to the owner of the Tabien Baan - not the tenants or people listed in the Tabien Baan.

A foreigner condo owner is issued a yellow Tabien Baan. But a Thai property owner is issued a Blue Tabien Baan. This is a different thing than being listed on a Tabien Baan as a tenant.

Not 100% sure on this, would love more insight.

You wouldn’t know that. But it’s inaccurate to say I’m ineligible because the company doesn’t have revenue. The business IS the investment.

Right. But I am referring to your original comment which stated the income needs to be paid from revenue which is inaccurate.

Also, it is not an 80k monthly requirement as I understand it. It is a 960k annual requirement. This matters for eligibility as it can be Salary + Bonus.

Sure. But again, this is not contingent on operational revenue - agree?

Taxes can still be paid on income paid from capital investment.
