right they fill it out, but I make the application. I'm just curious about whether it's the landlord I'm intending to stay with during the period of the extension or the landlord I'm staying with at the moment of application.

so when I make the application for extension it needs to be filled by the landlord I'm staying with at the time of the application? Even if move to a new residence immediately/very soon after that? Then the new landlord will re register me with them?

So I don't plan on applying on the last day, sorry if that was confusing, I meant who should fill in the TM30 given that I will not be staying with my current landlord in the second month. Is it possible that the second landlord could fill in the form for me? Even if I only move out on the day my visa is extended from.
