You've been asking things in different posts and you never mentioned you're a teacher. Your school should assist with all your docs needs and no need to pay 50k as you mentioned in your posts. Schools know what to do if you have all the documents.

2000 to convert then 1900 for the extension if you process yourself. Ofc, the fees for your papers are excluded.

Visit the immigration for the list if no one could give here. Most important is your degree papers should be authenticated by your country if to process in Thailand with more than 15 days left on your visa.

Get that from the airport. Very near Gate 3 and 8, two C-19 test clinics. Be there some hours before your flight.
