I just checked requirements and the application process for a tourist visa from Nigeria. It's not far from applying for an O-A Visa (except for financial requirements) from for example Europe,and this is just a simple tourist visa. 😁

It's been quite a while since they changed the visa exempt from 30 to 60 days.

A 30 days extension is not possible,only a 60 days if he's got a Thai wife or kid.

Yes, but you never need to change the reason if you're banking with Bangkok Bank or KBank. Like I said, it's important when sending larger amounts.

After a few, maybe just a couple of transfers via Wise, you won't have to chose reason yourself if using same reason. Wise will use the previous one automatically. For me "Funds for long term........." is always there. I just have to enter the amount. Pretty neat imo.

It's not always about the visa. Think ahead. Showing up as international/foreign in your account is ALWAYS a plus.
