I know for sure the problems with non-corresponding phone numbers,were numbers from sometime in 2022. KBank had same problems.

Of course I'm an active customer. Why would a long term resident not be active when it comes to a bank account? I have both savings accounts and a Fixed Deposit Account. Since years back.
