 I said "should" because that's the official requirement if you know what official means. One day before is allowed at several immigration offices. Where I'm staying it's allowed because some bank branches open 10am, while immigration open 8:30. Read this slow and you might understand.

 You don't have to tell me how it works. He mentioned 7 days before when you need the old fashioned bank statement, not the one from Bangkok Banks app.

 The 12 months bank statement. The bank letter should be from the day you apply at immigration.

 500-1000 baht is if you're correct the most expensive residence certificate I've ever heard of.
