You can't use a marriage license to open a Thai bank account.

If you rent from a foreigner,his/her passport number should be in the contract. No blue house book info is needed in the contract. If the owner/landlord is a Thai,then you need info from the ID.Still,no blue house book needs to be mentioned in the contract. But you need a signed copy of the Thai ID and the blue house book.

The message about a matching name a phone number was about numbers added a certain month (I don't remember what month) in 2022. There were about 700,000 numbers that were a bit suspicious.
