After been issued the “1-year Extension of the Stay Permit based on Retirement”, the 800K need to remain in the account for 3 more months. After these 3 months, the deposit shall never go under 400,000 THB. And before the application for the next “1-year Extension of Stay”, a minimum of 800,000 THB must have seasoned in the account for two months, again

with the LTR visa, you can choose the "wealthy foreigner" retirement option. And the LTR must be applied for through the BOI. . . . . . . . .However the commonly known "retirement visa" is the Non-Imm-O Retirement Visa, which must be applied for through the online E-Visa system

@Vijay ****
first, it is a five year visa, and we know NOBODY who has already successfully gone into the second five year. The BOI visa is the LTR visa. The "retirement visa" is the "single entry 90-days Non-Imm-O Retirement/over 50 Visa" - it has NOTHING to do with the BOI or the LTR or the Non-O/X

@Vijay ****
your's is complete and utter nonsense 🤨 🧐 The 90-days Non-Imm-O Retirement visa must be applied for in the E-Visa online system of the Thai embassy or consulate of the home country. The BOI has absolutely NOTHING to do with this application! The BOI only comes into play if you want to apply for the LTR visa (which has a retirement option, out of five options) As the LTR has much hihger requirements, why shoud they pick this visa?

I never said it was not possible. But if an agent fronted the money, you are caught in his hamster wheel. Then you can't change. You can switch between agents if you do everything by the book. If you have no own funds and the agent of the previous year has shut down, you have a small problem which can only be solved with $$$$

@Rick ******
a yearly "extension of the stay permit" must be applied for at the Immigration which serves the location where you live

so your application is not a "repeated" one, but an application with a new agent. I guess that's why it has a higher price
