the monthly income has to be previous 12 months before applying and some imm officers may ask for the cert letter from your embassy (USA CITIZENSHIP, THE EMBASSY WILL NOT DO THIS OR CERTIFY ANY INCOME OR OTHER DOCUMENTS, IN FACT THE LAW STATES ‘no foreign government can request any US citizen to or embassy to do this and against US INTERNATIONAL LAW0

you have to have the bank acct before, how else are you going to show the funds in a Thai bank and get the cert letter

You have to show either. One year of an income of b

monthly for 12 MONTHS before application , or b800,000 and most banks want that 2-4 months before they will give ya the cert letter, or a combo of both.
