yes, your friend have to file the TM30 within 24h when you ll move in his home. then have to do again each time you ll live the country and come back.

Open a business without known the country ...

It is the big mistake doing many foreignrs arriving in Thailand..

Take time to learn about culture...

Spend time in different places..

And... don't expect to make fortune even descent salary with a coffee shop and small restaurant...

Also.. as foreigner you will need a work permit to do any business here..

That mean.. you will must have 4 thai employees + 2 million bht capital to get 1 work permit...

Take very good advice with serious reputated law firm...

And bring a lot of dollars...

To survive before to expect to get descent incomes...
