What are the requirements for the DTV visa bank statement, and should I apply at HCMC or London embassy?

I started and applied for the DTV visa put 16,000 in. I went through a legal firm. They changed the rules a week before submitting and now you have to have 16,000 in a bank statement for up to six months that wasn't the way before it changed mid gameshow show them my CD with more than enough and we're still waiting

I'm using them now for the DTV Visa you better off going with a legal firm so you don't get scammed but so far so good. I'm in the USA all seems very good very legit
