I don't think you will find a supplier of hempcrete here, but if you can mix it yourself there has just opened a big hemp farm near us.

You can live on thb/month as many Thais do, or easily spend 0thb/month.

You can rent a room for 4500thb/month or a house for /month.

You can skip the health insurance, as many farang do, or you can get a decent one for 0thb/year.

Then you can rent a motorbike for 2000/month, or buy a car for 4mil thb.

Have to renew visa, pay immigration, police.... /year :)

Last not least you have to deposit and keep 0thb in a Thai Bank

, there are a lot of countries lying about their C cases. Somehow I trust Thailand. And I agree with you that the exit strategy can be tricky. But after all the success Thailand had so far I understand that they like to be cautious for now until we have a vaccine, hopefully beginning of next year

, the economic price is very high for every country. Many countries suffered even more. Thailand's economy is back to normal more than 3 months now. Only the tourism industry is still struggling. Just imagine Thailand without a lockdown, collapsing health system, high numbers of C cases, travel warnings from all countries around the world.......
