TLDR : Answer Summary
Users recommend several health insurance options for expats in Thailand, focusing on affordability and coverage without maximum age limits. Pacific Cross is noted for its policies available up to age 75, with continuation options up to 99. They are praised for their easy dealings and specific packages for new legislation, costing around $100k USD coverage, including COVID-19. AXA iHealthy is also mentioned as a potential option. However, concerns are raised regarding the reliability of such insurance when making claims.

Pacific Cross were really easy to deal with, cheap and have a package designed specifically for the new legislation around $100k USD coverage including COVID19
I think you can start a policy with Pacific Cross up to the age of 75. You may continue till 99, but they will not accept new policies for anyone over 75. Whether it is affordable is a question. Premiums go up with age.
