Can my mother be my sponsor for a DTV visa at the Madrid embassy, and what are the specific requirements?

I called madrid embassy about the requirements of applying DTV visa before ( I'm Spanish passport holder ) and they have a lot of requirements including the 6 months bank statement accumulating the 500k thb (in EU currency) and also payslips, etc. I was living and working in Malta that time so I decided to apply in Athens instead via E-visa 🙏

 maybe it depends in the immigration - coz when i have my TR Multiple Visa before - No question asked.. and also i have use all the 6mons multiple entry maybe that's why 🤔
