They tried the same thing with me. Like everybody else says, you just need to go around to a lot of different banks and one will let you open an account. It’s really frustrating.

LIke other people said, I got notification around day 8 to upload the photo of the test. I had to go into the app and look at the notification tab and there was a link to upload the photo. It actually asked for the "day 7 covid rt-pcr test" so it looks like they haven't really updated the app for the newer rules.

I know how to take the test. My question is what then? Some people say you need to upload a photo of the results but I don't know where to do that?

The same thing happened to me and it was really frustrating. I finally gave up emailing and called them during their office hours. They still messed everything up and I had to call them multiple times to get everything correct. It finally worked but it was a hassle. It wasn't with Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 which does seem to be pretty good. A friend booked them through Agoda and they responded right after for more information to issue the confirmation letter.

Thanks so much, that's kind of what I thought but I wasn't sure. I actually spent most of late in Thailand and then came back to get my vaccine. I'm now ready to go back but I haven't really been paying attention to requirements because they seem to change every week. Thanks for your help.
