John R Stiles it does NOT guarantee approval. In fact it can hurt their chances. US see sponsors as a person who can only hurt the chances of a return back to Thailand. I thought based on my financial status...and home to offer...even pay for a trip....would help...it actually hurts.

B. Lease or ownership of a home
C. Job
D. Bank account(s)...and how long funds have been in the account(s).
E. Any past travel to show if any violations on travel
Relationship with a US citizen is something you don't want to bring up.
Stay at friend's house...is something you don't want to bring up.
Gifted travel...you don't want to bring up...not even age gap if there is one.
It took me several weeks to get my reply of a visa...I was already back in Thailand already on the 60 day US free tourist visa. They gave me 90 days permission online. But I had already booked to leave Thailand. In a way I had 2 visas at once...from the airport and embassy.
I went to the embassy....you are not allowed near or in...there is a guard outside to push you away...the embassy is for Thailand citizens only...it all has to be done online. My girlfriend is Thai and she was allowed to go in and request for me answer and they told her my application must be done online.
DTV_BegPecker I am reading that financial independence and long stay traveling style is a reason I might be able to enter under the DTV as I showed a significant amount of wealth and explanation to my travels...its also on record how I traveled months ago there...3 months india, 5 months Thailand, 1 month Vietnam and 1 month Japan...maybe it will pass...crazy me I follow chatgpt like its my best friend's advice and she's said you are good to go since showing my investment account....showing significant financial independence and my intentions of long stay traveling

I did with chatgpt and wrote a letter of intentions in regards to health and wellness as I have medical history of Crohn's and Cancer and have also seen doctors urologist, skin doctors at RAM Hospital. Let's see if they slip me pass or demand a rewritten acceptance letter into a place stated.
