I am surprised that more people don’t use agents. For about 5K baht, they took in all the paperwork, coached me through a couple of challenges, checked and edited my documentation. Once complete, the submitted to Embassy for me, updates me along the way, and best of all, guaranteed results. Had my visa within 3 weeks stress free.

To, peace of mind and low stress was important, and the fact that they have a 99% success rate made it a no brainer.

Here is a coupon for a discount on their already low fees: I1S94UKY

I paid a total of 18K Baht; this covered the agent and the government fees. Smooth process, caught an error that would have resulted in a rejection had I done it myself, and they not only took care of everything, they guarantee their results. Was sort of a no brainer… use code I1S94UKY and save 500 Baht….

i’m certainly not an expert, but generally speaking to qualify under soft power. You need to demonstrate that you have some type of treatments that would extend for at least six months. If you can find a dentist that can document a treatment plan that would extend through a six month or more, then you would certainly have a shot. I suspect if you need a tremendous amount of dental work, that may be a possibility else may be best to seek other alternatives with visa qualification.

Possible, but certainly not advisable. Three months is what I was told as standard; but I’m being encouraged to submit six months worth of financial is to ensure approval. The only way you’re going to know for sure is if you pay your fee and try it out.

These posts are annoying. Seriously people, if you want to cheat the system, choose a different country. People who abuse the system make it difficult for the rest of us.

So just to be clear, you essentially want to find the loophole, bend the rules, and bypass the process while being a guest in a foreign country?

quick followup… do you or have you attended TSL? Was considering them, but want to ensure a smooth process. The cultureal classes look fun and very interesting, and you can attended language classes too if you choose. Sounds good. Thoughts?
