Anonymous participant mine was only in the account for about 15 days. Soon I was approved, I transfered the money back into my business account.

Has anyone else been asked for a Doctor's Thai ID for visa purposes?

No, all I submitted was the letter my doctor gave me with my info on it. It did have her name, email and of course the hospital. It was on an official hospital letterhead also.
