This is not meant as a rant or rumor, I am simply sharing what I personally experienced and was told directly. and I would really appreciate it if others could go to a branch themselves and ask the same questions to confirm this. Please share your experiences here as well.

Again I just share my experience and if someone don’t believe it go to a branch ask them proof that I talk nonsense… people like you are annoying if you don’t care , don’t answer .

Anonymer Teilnehmer 312 so you mean the bank manager of this branch don’t know what he said? He said this information and update is new from September 2025. and it’s about the date. They told me this in another branch to last month : The reason why the opened my account was it was created before 2023. and he said it 2 times in Thai to my wife and 2 times in English to me.
