Why does ut make more sense? I dont know about PCross but most people I know hsve difficulty getting reimbursed for Thai based carriers.

Yes. I have had it for 12 years. They are in Scotland, I believe. I can give you an agent if u like. ....You can googlr Cigna Global Health Options. I think thy now offer a Thai only plan for a bit less. I have the Silver Plan.

Because medical care in the USA is off the charts expensive. That said, they do hsve a provision that if you are in the USA and have an emergency, they will cover it up to a certain amount. Also, they offer a similar policy the INCLUDES USA coverage but very expensive. You can keep premeiums down by paying on an annual basis. I think they cut 10% off the price compared to paying monthly.

I use CIGNA International....coverage every country except USA.
