What is the cheapest way to exchange UK pounds to Thai Baht in Pattaya, Wise or currency booths?

If you send money to your wise account and then take it out it has a limit of free withdrawals. I believe they are just two and then you get charged. So if in Bangkok I take out the 2 free withdrawals I still get charged the 250baht fee is it still better than taking cash and exchange there?
