But you do need the other certificates you mentioned, can all be done at immigration with your passport & some cash

No 90 report for the licence, if you are here 90 days you must report to update location that’s it.

I used an agent for my licence to skip the wait in Phuket as it was like

weeks

They took care of everything Including the certificates, I just showed my licence and IDP to them and paid,

Got an appointment a few days later

Did a reaction test in the dmv and then got it issued
