Also, a really nice place to stay with amazing value for the money is Chulia Mansion Hotel. Super clean rooms, comfortable beds and really big breakfast buffet. Almost next to Jim‘s place as well.

I always stay at Chulia Mansion. Amazing value, super clean and modern and very good location right in the middle of Georgetown. Jim's place is pretty much next door.

I thought it was a year. I only get the non-b multiple so I border bounce every 90days. Therefore not 100% sure about the extension process of the single entry.
