same everywhere or banks refuse. But in fact I needed an insurance for accidents, so for 6k/ year and 100k of refund/ paiement for each issue during only one year that's correct

stop spreading bs every time on every post. Some people already told you there's no way for thai gov to tax if your income doesn't arrive on thai bank account.

Without counting on the non double tax laws between Thailand and some countries

Agent in Pattaya or Phuket, or maybe some branches of Bangkok Bank in BKK

Fees cost usually 7000 baths. One agent in Chiang Mai told me I can't open it except if i subscribe to a corporal insurance that doesn't cover... foreigners.

So 8k + 7k to open it.

The other solution a bank agent gave me is to buy a condo.
