If you have Bangkok bank they require 10 days advance to get one year. Then you need to get another statement for the missing days up to your immigration date from Bangkok bank. I usually get it day before and go in morning to immigration next day.

Hey might. Return should be 60 day. A changeable ticket is an option or using one of the online airline booking services that only gives you a flight confirmation and not an actual ticket

That questions is so confusing. First of all a retirement visa is valid for 1 year and renewable every year.
